Holy Smokes what a hectic week! So far I've been resting all weekend because you guys tired-ed me out!!!!
Remember that our team/family goal for next week is to be more focused in class with less useless noise and chatter, and no talking when you are supposed to be listening. I've decided to help some of you with this goal by giving you new places to sit on Monday.

CONGRATULATIONS to Jordie & Jordan James from 6A and also to Quinn & Nevyn from 6B for being our very first CERFISHTICATE winners!

Don't forget this weekend is your last chance to vote for our new bus's name so check out this link and VOTE! http://gsl.lethsd.ab.ca/Pages/Default.aspx

Hope the weekend is going well and luckily it is BEAUTIFUL so there is no reason why you can't be collecting leaves for the Leaf Hunt in Science....remember it is due Monday! Also on Monday was supposed to be a Science test but I am changing that to Tuesday...not only because I forgot to tell 6B about it, but also because I didn't get all of your Science assignments handed back to you either which may help you to study.

As far as Math goes...6B has the word problem (fish) due Monday to be handed in and anyone in 6A who didn't get it to me Friday should have that ready to hand in Monday as well. In regards to the checkerboard problem - great job to the kids who got the answer AND showed all of the steps - hope you enjoyed your donuts! Great job also to those who at least tried but didn't quite get there!
