BLOG ANSWERS from last post:

MATH:
  • when writing a large number to help us organise it so it is easier see/ read we add a space between periods. There are three places to a period (H,T,O) unless of course the number isn't that large.
  • ex: 54 827 ..... we put a space between the 4 and the 8 to seperate the thousand period from the units period.

BLOG QUESTIONS:

MATH:
  • My number has as many digits as toes on one foot. The sum of the ten thousands digit plus the thousands digit is the hundreds digit. The sum of the thousands digit plus the hundreds digit is the tens digit. The sum of the hundred digit plus the tens digit is the ones digit. the ones digit is 8. What's my number?

SCIENCE:
  • List 3 biotic and 3 abiotic components of a forest ECOSYSTEM.
