CONGRATULATIONS 6A AND 6B ON HELPING MAKE THE GRADE FIVE ORIENTATION A HUGE SUCCESS!!!! I THOUGHT YOU ALL DID A GREAT JOB AND I AM VERY PROUD OF YOU ALL! ALSO, THE GRADE 5 TEACHERS WERE VERY IMPRESSED AND SAID THAT THIS YEAR'S ORIENTATION WAS THE BEST ONE TO DATE! NICE WORK.

DON'T FORGET ABOUT THE WAX MUSEUM ON MONDAY AND TO BRING YOUR QUARTERS!!!

HOMEWORK:
  • Math: metric conversion quiz Monday
  • Science: make sure you are studying for the FLIGHT UNIT EXAM on Tuesday! Also, we are dropping parachutes on Monday so be prepared for that too!

REMINDERS:

  • WAX MUSEUM Monday period 4...bring money!
  • track practices after school next week everyday
  • mini grade six track meet Friday at school for hurdles. triple jump and discuss
  • Math and LA part A PATs comming soon (May 13th and 14th)
  • Saturday May 9th...Mother's Day tea at Lakie...have you bought tickets for you and your mom yet?

Joystick:Moves the helicopter in any direction.

Pitch Lever: Can't remember

Foot Pedals: Can't remember

joy stick: front, back, side to side

the collective pitch control lever: up and down

the lever makes it go up and down
the foot pedals make it turn so if you push the left on it will turn left and same for right
joy stick make sit move in all diretions

The three controls are:
Joystick: makes the helicopter hover forward, backward, left and right.
Lever: makes the helicopter go up and down.
Foot Pedals: make the helicopter turn (bank) left and right.
