BLOG ANSWER:

I think measurment is something that allows us to know the size, mass or volume of something so we cacn properly fit something, and stuff like that. Ex. We need to know how much flour we put into a cake otherwise, unless by outrageous luck, we will make the cake wrong....thanks Justin!
